The Alliance for Education is the only foundation supporting every school in Seattle Public Schools—the largest public school district in Washington State and the Pacific Northwest. For over 30 years, the Alliance has championed public education through strategic partnerships, funding, and community engagement.

We partnered with the Alliance to modernize their website infrastructure. Their previous site had accumulated years of outdated WordPress elements, combining legacy field editors with the newer block editor—making even basic content changes nearly impossible without advanced coding knowledge. These limitations hindered their ability to optimize user engagement, restrict access to event registrations, and forced staff to create a separate website for one of their major programs, which lacked proper accessibility and usability. Through our work, we streamlined the site’s backend, improved content editing capabilities, and empowered their team to easily publish content, enhance UX, and better connect the public with Seattle’s public schools.
